Our Recruitment services
Immigrants Are Essential to Canada's Prosperity and Diversity
Our office offers a wide range of services related to immigration to Canada. A large majority of federal and provincial immigration programs require a job offer from a Canadian employer.
As a foreign candidate, you may encounter difficulties obtaining a position from outside Canada. We offer to connect you with Canadian employers looking to recruit their talent internationally.
A number of Canadian employers are having difficulty meeting their staffing needs. The labour shortage is here to stay and requires more and more recourse to temporary foreign workers or the recruitment of immigrants on a more permanent basis. We help you find the rare pearl among our pool of foreign candidates.
In addition, candidates and employers will be able to use our immigration services if they wish, thus simplifying all administrative procedures.

Canadian Laws
We follow all federal and provincial labour laws, as well as employer compliance requirements imposed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
VERY IMPORTANT
° A candidate should never pay for a job offer. It is illegal in Canada.
° A candidate never has to pay the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) fee or compliance fee. These costs are always the responsibility of the employer.
° Employers with whom we deal agree to abide by the terms of their job offers in good faith.
° Thanks to our dual expertise in immigration and recruitment, we optimize the hiring process. Employers and candidates save valuable time and therefore money.

Do you need a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)?
An LMIA determines whether a Canadian employer can hire a foreign worker to fill labour or skills shortage.
A positive LMIA is often necessary and must be granted first to the employer by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), before applying for a work permit.
Visa / Work Permit
Who says foreign worker, says most of the time, work authorization to be obtained from the Canadian government.
On a temporary basis:
-Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP)
-International Mobility Program (IMP)
On a permanent basis:
-Express Entry
-Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
-Pilot programs
Some programs allow you to benefit from Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) exemptions.
